Quality management

We carry out the Quality Management System that we established and certified in 2006 according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard, and we maintain our respected image at home and abroad by prioritizing product quality and product reliability in all materials and production methods used in production.

Our products are ECE R 67-01 European Quality certified and meet all the requirements of this regulation.
Quality control activities required by the system are carried out at all stages from material order to product delivery.
T.R. in tank production. No sheets other than DIN EN 10120 quality LPG Cylinder Steel sheets of Erdemir factories are used.
The body parts of the tanks are made of forged steel and do not pose a risk of leakage.
Resources from tank manufacturing stages; subjected to X-Ray control for each shift.
Tanks are subjected to 100% hydrostatic pressure test and tanks that fail the test are destroyed.
In the production of conversion equipment, tests that ensure product function and safety are applied 100% during the production phase.
