A new record was broken in the blood donation campaign organized in cooperation with the Turkish Red Crescent and Ömer Atiker Holding A.Ş. With the blood donation campaign, great support was given to the Turkish Red Crescent’s “national safe blood supply” program. Ömer Atiker Holding, which supports the general aid activities of the Turkish Red Crescent at every opportunity, showed that saving lives by donating blood is a civic duty in these days when our country needs unity and solidarity the most.
Making a statement after the blood donation campaign held on July 24, 2018, Turkish Red Crescent Konya Blood Donation Center Director Dr. Kaya Levent stated that blood is not an urgent but a constant need, that it is not a product produced in factories, but that the blood needed in our hospitals is met only by the sensitivity of our people. At this point, he said, “I would like to thank all the staff and management of Ömer Atiker Holding on behalf of the lives saved for this good work carried out with the slogan ‘1 blood, 3 lives’.”
